AMERICA DAY (Wednesday 3/2)
*Spirit Day: Ox Ridge School will be celebrating by having
a spirit day. Everyone is encouraged to
dress up as a favorite storybook character.
We will attend an assembly in the morning.
*Dr. Seuss: We’d love to borrow some Dr. Seuss books for
a few days. If you have some books,
please make sure your child’s name is written inside the cover.
*Green Eggs
& Ham: After the assembly our class will have a
special breakfast party in honor of Dr. Seuss’ birthday. Thank you to the following party sponsors:
DeRiso: 2 dozen eggs
Choudhri: 2 dozen eggs
Thomson: 18 slices of ham

There have
been some problems with baseball/football/Pokemon cards. Please remind your child to keep any special
cards and toys at home. They are creating
a distraction and becoming a source of conflict.

Darien Recycling Group
The DEG visited our class to teach us about "precycling". We learned about how making smart shopping decisions helps to make less garbage.
